The Challenges

• Rebuilding and recreating entire yard.
• Forced walk out basement which regularly got water damage.
• The entire yard had unmarked powerlines, gaslines, irrigation and a not functioning heated driveway.

The Design

• Combining “kid friendly” with entertaining areas
• Creating new highpoints to get water out of the yard.
• Design with 10 plants + trees an entire yard.
• Having a lot fun to create this outstanding yard.
